This membership is not a replacement for therapy or other individualized support. This membership will offer education & perspective during moments of “contraction” but requires a high level of self-leadership.
If you are feeling contracted upon by life or stuck in your healing work, bring your burning questions to this space and get refinement.

This is a group container so there is not 1:1 time with Astrid. You may volunteer for hot seat coaching with Astrid to get individualized feedback on your healing themes. Depending on the size of the group Astrid will respond to the broader themes.
You may reach out to Astrid for 1:1 coaching if you desire higher level support.
