This membership is not a replacement for therapy or other individualized support. This membership will offer education & perspective during moments of “contraction” but requires a high level of self-leadership.

This is a group container so there is not 1:1 time with Astrid. You may volunteer for hot seat coaching with Astrid but depending on the size of the group this is not guaranteed.
You may reach out to Astrid for 1:1 coaching if you desire higher level support.
